The Parent Intel
- Parking: Free in designated areas. Fields organized in "pods" with adjacent parking lots. ⚠️ Do NOT park on grass areas — vehicles will be ticketed.
- Seating Vibe: Maureen Hendrick's Championship Stadium seats 3,200 (5,000 total capacity). Other fields have sideline spectator areas. BYO chairs for non-stadium fields.
- Coffee Situation: Fieldhouse Café on-site (light snacks, drinks). Starbucks in Germantown (~10 min).
- Food Policy: Concessions during tournaments (Paisano's Pizza, empanada truck, burgers, hot dogs, bratwurst, BBQ chicken). Alcohol available at certain events. ⚠️ No outside food in Fieldhouse or at SoccerPlex fields during events.
- Rules: No smoking or alcohol on premises (except at sanctioned events). No pets on fields (leashed on paved paths OK). Criticism of referees not tolerated. Spectators must stay on outside sidelines for small-sided games.
- Parent Education: Partners with Soccer Parenting Association for parent resources.
